Privacy Policy

Name, email, account details, quiz responses, journal entries, check-in data, profile information, device/browser info, usage data, and cookies.

To provide the service, manage accounts, process payments via Stripe, personalize experience, improve AI features, respond to support, detect fraud, and comply with law.

• Quiz results and journal entries are retained while the account is active.
• Check-in data is retained for the lifetime of the account.
• Deleted accounts: all personal data, quiz results, journals, and check-ins are permanently removed within 30 days.
• Anonymous, aggregated emotional awareness data (common patterns, most identified voices) may be retained indefinitely to improve the AI.
• Data shared with AI providers for generating insights is not retained by the AI provider after processing.
• Users may delete individual entries at any time; deleted entries are removed immediately and cannot be recovered.

We do NOT sell your data. Data is shared with Stripe (payments), AI providers (features), hosting providers, and legal authorities when required.

• Inner Compass provides self-reflection tools and emotional awareness quizzes. Users under 18 should have parental guidance when using the Service.
• The Service does not diagnose, treat, or assess mental health conditions in minors or adults.
• If quiz responses or journal entries indicate a user may be a minor in crisis or at risk of self-harm, the Service will display the 988 crisis line (call or text 988) and the Crisis Text Line (text HOME to 741741).
• The Service does not collect identifying information about children beyond what the user voluntarily provides for their own account.
• Content that exploits or harms minors is prohibited and will be removed immediately. Accounts violating this policy will be permanently banned.

AI analyzes quiz responses and check-ins to provide insights. This does not constitute a psychological diagnosis.

We use TLS/SSL encryption. Stripe handles payment data and is PCI-DSS compliant.
